Motivate yourself to loss weight





I use a few ways to motivate myself to lose weight when im in doubt. Perhaps the best way to do this is to simply realize how you feel when your overweight compared to in shape. I know when I am the least bit overweight I feel pretty bad in general.
 I dont like this feeling at all and realize the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight. Lets just be honest here, when your overweight you feel pretty crappy.
1. When you lose weight you know you will feel better about yourself. I hate to say it but a lot of people view overweight people as lazy and it can be bad for everyday such as a job interview.
I know there are people out there who disagree, but im willing to bet that at least 30% of the population views overweight people as lazy or slobs. I know some people are overweight when they try to diet and this is not true, but im just giving you some of the facts I think are true.
So you can use this as a motivational factor and show those type of people that you are not lazy and can knock off the weight!
2. You always have those people who make fat jokes right? You can tell them all day that you are trying to lose weight but the only way you are ever going to get back at them is to actually lose the weight. You know you have a good head on your shoulders if you prove people wrong when you have a big obstacle to get over to reach your goal. Use peoples negative comments as fuel to reach your goal and it will be all that much sweater when you reach your goal.
3. When I motivate myself to lose weight I try to picture my goal already. Its important to see where you are going to be in the future, so go ahead and vision yourself thin and trim. In fact go ahead and buy some clothes that fit the thinner you, because your gonna reach your goal! Im serious, this can be one of the most powerful ways to reach your goals actually. Go buy at least one shirt that will fit your new thinner body and you will reach your goal because you cannot quit until you fit into the shirt!
I think any goal including weight loss is reached easier if you make a vision of your future.
This motivates your minds actually even when we are not aware of it. So please follow these little motivational tips and you will start to see your goals becoming reality.
