
I use a few ways to motivate myself to lose weight when im in doubt.
Perhaps the best way to do this is to simply realize how you feel when
your overweight compared to in shape. I know when I am the least bit
overweight I feel pretty bad in general.
I dont like this feeling at all
and realize the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight. Lets just
be honest here, when your overweight you feel pretty crappy.
